A company based in Cheshire had a major issue with their shotblasting machine. The door was unable to be closed properly, leaving the machine idle and a backlog of work to build up. A solution needed to be found fast!
The solution:
We were able to dispatch one of our expert shotblast machine engineers the very next day to diagnose the problem.
Within a short space of time, we understood why the cabinet door would not close. Arriving well prepared, our engineer had to hand all the parts needed to fix the issue. Within a matter of hours, the problem was solved.
Not only did we fix the problem, but, while on site, we also assessed the machine’s longer-term service needs. Our customer was left happy with both the immediate solution and an improved understanding of their machine’s longer-term service needs to minimise future problems.
